True Heating & Cooling were able to get me a same day appointment to look at my boiler. Hannah, who answered the phone, listened to me when I told her I thought it was the thermocoupling. Logan, the technician, was sent out and arrived within the window stated. He brought a thermocoupling with him. This was great, as that was what was wrong with the boiler. It was great to be listened to and taken seriously. Logan replaced it and found there was a small gas leak and had to replace another part but had it on hand. I was very impressed with him. My experience with everyone at the company was excellent and I will recommend them to friends and family.

Logan came out to maintain our boiler in a house we bought and was fantastic - he walked me through how everything works in plain and clear language, thoroughly tested everything, and answered all of the questions I had about this new-to-me system. True installed the system originally and I really value how, when I initially reached out with questions about its operation, Justin the owner was super responsive, able to individually speak about the system, and was willing to chat with me about how everything works. I’ve since worked with True to price out additional services like a heat pump installation, and that was also a very positive experience! Looking forward to working with these guys in the future.
