    I ended up calling True Heating & Cooling, for an emergency furnace repair on my rental house, after the first company I called didn’t show. Hands down the best customer service I’ve received in years. After getting off the phone with the office, I was called by Logan almost immediately. He was at the house within 40 mins. He did the repair, the cost of which was very reasonable, and he also told me our gas pressure was high. Nice to know there is at least one business that goes above and beyond.

    As first-time homeowners with a toddler, waking up to the furnace not working was not something we were looking forward to, but as homeowners, we knew this would eventually happen. I left voicemails with many other companies before they had opened for the day and TRUE is one of only two that bothered to call us back. Not only did they call back they called less than 5 minutes after the office opened for the day, they were able to dispatch our technician Brian quickly. Our inquisitive toddler and protective dogs loved Brian by the time he had wrapped up the repair for us. He had the parts with him for the repair, his quote was spot on and the area was cleaned up when he was done. All perfect! He also took the time to educate us on what to expect out of our furnace coming up, better filters to use and simple maintenance we can keep up on overtime. Exactly the company and technician a homeowner would want to deal with.

    Logan and Tony turned up and immediately asked about masks, and also started putting on protective shoe covers. Extremely polite and thoughtful!

    They started flushing out the tankless water heater and inspecting our old furnace. They walked us through the reasons for our furnace not operating efficiently (and why it was running hot) and it came down to simply the type of filters we were using. Problem solved! They never pushed the installation of a new furnace, but they were so honest about everything (and I know we are overdue a new furnace) that I asked them to provide a quote anyway.

    These two gents couldn't have been more professional, polite, and cheerful. We will definitely be using True again! Keep onto these guys, True H&C...they do you proud!

    I'm a residential property manager with Fox Property Management. I am/was on-call the week of 1/28/22. I had a 'no-heat' emergency on 2/2/22. Called True, had a return phone call from Brian, immediately! He helped trouble-shoot the issue as the tenant changed the furnace filter and it was still 'blowing cold air. Brian reached out to the tenant, trouble-shot the issue and the furnace reset itself saving our owner a lot of money for an 'after-hours' call. These guys are AWESOME and Brian is AMAZING!
