Justin Meryhew is the Owner / Founder of True Heating & Cooling. He started the company in 2016 and now has 17 years of experience in the industry. Justin’s vision is to mold an environment where both customers and team members are treated fairly. Justin enjoys running weekly training sessions with all technicians and is responsible for keeping the company up to date on the newest technology and methods. Justin holds his Master Mechanical license, 6 NATE Badges, EPA Certification as well as several NCI Certifications for combustion safety and system performance. In his free time, he enjoys working out, snowboarding, and cooking.
