I had an emergency situation on my furnace. The burner was not igniting. I called True Heating, and they were able to send someone out that same day to diagnose the problem. Unfortunately, due to previous work done with the installation of my furnace, it was not set up correctly, which caused the problem. They were able to diagnose it and provide a solution, as well as educate me on what happened and how to prevent it in the future. They are locally owned and not run by capital venture that is outside our state. Justin is extremely knowledgeable and very customer service focused.
