Needing a second opinion, Logan H from True Heating and Cooling came out to test for carbon monoxide after another service gave us a report of a life-threatening carbon monoxide reading at our annual furnace inspection. Logan thoroughly inspected every aspect of the furnace and did a comprehensive combustion analysis. The outcome of his testing revealed no carbon monoxide was being released into our home. Logan welcomed any and all questions, providing us sound information on all aspects of his inspection and final report. Logan is knowledgeable, patient, thorough, and highly professional. Definitely glad he came by, because besides the regular maintenance check we were looking to do for our furnace, he found out that we had some cracks in our furnace heater exhaust pipes and the water heater exhaust pipes, which needed immediate attention. His boss, Dustin (I think that's his name), was also helpful. I would definitely recommend this company.

I'll add my name to the chorus of positive reviews. True replaced my furnace and added central air. Justin did absolutely everything that he promised. The installation is totally first class and we are thrilled with the new furnace. The techs, Daniel and Julio, are the best. Only with this job did I discover how bad my old furnace and its installation (large Boulder company) was. In my initial phone conversation with Justin, I asked if his mother was writing these positive reviews as I had never seen 100% five-star ratings before. Believe it! You folks are my new 'go-to' HVAC company. Jan 22, 2025: They're still doing it! After 5 pm yesterday, my furnace quit. I called and their system is so good that it recognized my phone number, knew who and where I was, plus the furnace make and model. It was not just a receptionist answering. The tech walked me through overriding the error messages to override and get the furnace to restart. We had heat through the night! Brian came out this morning and diagnosed the problem promptly, with no added upsell pressure. KEEP IT UP, Justin. The world needs more owners like you.

I hired True Heating & Cooling to perform routine maintenance on furnaces at 3 properties I own, including my own home, and I was impressed by their service. The office was easy to communicate and schedule with, and Colin, the technician, was very friendly and, most importantly, clearly and thoroughly explained to me the results of his efforts at each property. He also made suggestions for other possible services that I could use, but I don't feel as if he was overly pushing those services. Lastly, I did shop around for this work with other services, and I found them to be very competitively priced, and I feel that for the price I paid, the quality service they provided was a good value.
