Fantastic Job by Shane and Daniel
True Heating came out to check on our air conditioning as it was not working on the main level of our house. They pinpointed the problem and gave us options. We shopped around and True Heating had really competitive prices and handle all the rebates and discounts on your behalf so it was super convenient to work with them. Shane and Daniel were the technicians that came over to do the work of getting new equipment installed and did a fantastic job. They were courteous and cleaned up after each day they were over. Daniel also took as much time as I needed to explain how to maintain the systems, what potential issues to look for, and simplified it in a way that was easy to understand. Thank you!

A high quality experience
True Heating and Cooling installed a new air conditioner unit at our home. The technicians, Carlos and Tim, were excellent. They arrived on time, worked diligently, and explained the system in a thorough and easy-to-understand manner. Our rambunctious (but kind) dogs, who have overwhelmed home service providers in the past, quickly warmed to Carlos; he was happy to scratch their ears when he walked past them. All in all, it was a high quality experience!

I received a text about 08:30 letting me know that Carlos was on his way. He arrived around 08:50 and got started immediately. By 13:00 Carlos and Justin were closing their van. My new AC installation was complete. They were not just good, they were great! They put up with my new puppy getting in the way at times, they cleaned up thoroughly, and Carlos was always professional. Justin was great also. He kept his word. From the time he got involved, less than two weeks I had cold air. This job, the employees, and company deserve one more star. Thank you True Heating and Cooling.
