True Heating & Cooling recommended a Lennox Heat Pump and Furnace to replace our 30-year-old system. The new equipment boasts a 19+ SEER rating and is remarkably quiet. However, it was the installation where this company really did a fine job. Daniel and Christopher were meticulous and detail-oriented during the installation. It had to be perfect before they were satisfied. When they were done, the job site was cleaned and tidied. Would I use this company again? That's easy. Most recently, Logan came to my house and replaced a capacitor on my AC unit to get it running again. Logan was professional and extremely knowledgeable about all things HVAC. We ended up talking about different heating & cooling systems and which one might be the most appropriate for my situation and he had great recommendations without being pushy at all or trying to sell me anything I didn't need. 10/10 would recommend these guys, and Logan specifically.

He took a ton of pictures to show us and help him explain what he did and how preventative maintenance will extend the life of our equipment. Colin was a boss!
