Very knowledgeable about heat pump systems May 21, 2026

Had these guys replace my furnace and install a heat pump, which I was very unfamiliar with. Everyone I interacted with was super helpful/informative and very responsive to any emails or calls. They were very knowledgeable about heat pump systems and showed a very in-depth knowledge of the available rebates and tax credits available to me to help subsidize the cost of the install. My install team, Danielle and Alex, was very professional and arrived on time. They did a great job removing my old furnace and A/C unit setup and then walking me through their install changes and how the new furnace and heat pump system works and things to look out for and expect. Will definitely work with them again when it comes to replacing my water heater, which is coming due soon.

Daniel and Alex did a fantastic and speedy job installing our new furnace and heat pump! They were very considerate of the quirks our house has and made sure everything was up to code (it was not before). They did a great job keeping everything tidy and made sure to secure any cords/pipes neatly, which I appreciate a ton. Daniel also thoroughly explained how it all works, and I feel more knowledgeable about our system than before. Price was more than fair - about $7k cheaper for the same equipment compared to a competitor we also quoted. Appreciate all your hard work replacing our 30+ yr old system!

Good Service, Quality Products, and a Reasonable Price May 14, 2026

The folks at True Heating and Cooling took on a pretty big job of installing an extra unit to increase the cooling capacity of my home; these Colorado summers are getting hotter every year! They did a wonderful job installing a ducted heat pump that would add cooling and heating to my upstairs bedrooms using discreet ceiling-mounted ducts, with the efficiency of a large mini-split system. Jophery came to my house to give me an estimate and within a day or two presented a few different options and explained their pros and cons. Once we had settled on an appropriate solution, they were able to start the work in a few days (I think they have same-day availability for emergencies, but there wasn't a rush on my job). The installers (Carlos, Daniel, Juan, and Alex) reached out each day when they were on their way with a picture and identification so I knew when they were coming. They touched base at the start and end of each day to clarify the work they had done and answer any questions. They were always very courteous, polite, and asked about any modifications in advance to always make sure I was going to be pleased with the final product. At the end of the job, the owner of the company, Justin, even came by to QC their work and walk me through the new system. I obtained five bids, and theirs was one of the most competitive. Good service, quality products, and a reasonable price - what more could you ask for? They will absolutely be my vendor of choice for any HVAC work moving forward, and they should be for you too!

Let me start with a little background. We researched for a long time before we did a replacement of our 27-year-old HVAC system. We researched companies and brands. So on the brand side we settled on Lennox, as it is one of the top manufacturers. Next was the company. We had at least six different companies come out to quote and survey the house. This is where True came to the top. Everyone was quoting the same size unit, which was the same size we had currently. True quoted something different than the rest, which at first was a bit scary. Here is where they went the extra mile. They sent another technician out free of charge who actually surveyed the ductwork and performed a bunch of tests with sensors in the ductwork to confirm the size. Amazing, the first company to not pretend to survey; they actually did it and more. Price wasn't the best, but it becomes a bit grey when you have companies quoting different brands in the installation. The deciding factor for us was locally owned and operated. We found out that a lot of the small companies have been bought up by big corporations, so just because it may seem local, best to double-check if you wish to buy local. Part of this part of the process also was to check the reviews. True really had the best out of all the companies. Always wise to check this. Installation was fantastic; they kept us posted all day with what they were working on. Took one day, was actually scheduled for two. They left the area cleaner than they found it. Shout out to our great installers Easton, Juan, Eli, and Carlos, great crew. A few weeks in and the system is running perfectly. The house is staying at a nice comfortable temperature, and you cannot even tell when it is running. Just to note, we had AC/heat pump and furnace installed with some minor ductwork to enhance flow. Great job, would use again.
