From the initial appointment with Jophery to the completed installation by Daniel, Eli, Alex, and Dustin, the entire process was handled with professionalism and care. This was a challenging install due to tight space limitations and complex duct configurations, yet the team was detailed, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout. They showed up clean, kept the work area clean, and explained what they were doing along the way — a level of service I’m honestly not used to. The workmanship and attention to detail were impressive. And as surprising as it sounds, the quality of heat actually feels different... much better. I’m extremely pleased with the result. For context, this project included a new furnace, heat pump, hot water tank, and necessary electrical upgrades.

TRUE installed a heat pump and new furnace about 10 months ago, and we just had a maintenance check last week. We are really impressed with TRUE and have been extremely happy with the whole system. An Xcel technician who happened to be at our home told us that the heat pump and furnace installation was really well done. Our installers were Chris, Tim, Elijah, and Brandan - they were excellent! They were all super considerate and wonderful to work with (especially Chris, who was the lead guy on installation day), and they did an outstanding job. Our first maintenance check was done by Colin, who was also a great guy and super thorough and helpful. We are keeping TRUE as our regular maintenance guys, and would definitely use them in the future for any HVAC needs. Highly recommended!
