The True team just installed our heat pump - mini split system and every communication from start to finish exceeded expectations. We received a full bio of Jophery, the estimator, for instance. The quote was very reasonable, the company is knowledgeable about the available rebates and handles the paperwork (extra credit!). The line items on the quote are clear and easy to read. We were surprised they could schedule within a week of the estimate. Juan and Easton, the technicians, were clear about the placement details that had been discussed with Jophery. They were personable, took care to wear covering on their shoes even as they went in and out of the house often in the two days of installation, and they kept us posted on the progress of the installation. They arrived on time and were positive and pleasant. The follow-up inspection was thorough - also a great chance to ask questions about warranty etc. Here again, we experienced top notch customer service. Everyone we had contact with throughout the process seemed genuinely interested in the quality of the work and the importance of communication. This is a company that cares to uphold an excellent reputation.

A huge shout-out to all of the staff at True Heating and Cooling for a job well done! Jophery, my first contact, was extremely patient and compliant with all of the documents required by my HOA as well as for the State/Xcel rebates. Appointments for installation were easy and seamless. The crew, which consisted of Tim, Elijah, Alex, Juan, and Carlos, got my 2 mini splits installed in one day instead of the possible two days. I could not be happier with the entire process and quality of staff. Thank you all for a job well done!

Logan was excellent in diagnostics, assessment, and repair. I had a couple other companies take a look at my mini split AC unit, and Logan was quicker to find the problem, send me a quote, and repair the unit, all while being more affordable.

True Heating and Cooling installed 2 mini-split systems in our home. We had a great experience with the fantastic crew that showed up. Carlos, Christopher, Chris, Tim, Shane, and Matt came and worked in our attic on a day in the 90-degree+ temperatures (much hotter in the attic). They got our system up and running before the holiday weekend. Beautiful work done with precision and care.
