This is where we take measurements, evaluate your current setup, and ask you about your priorities, like energy efficiency, budget, noise levels, smart thermostat compatibility, and anything else that matters to you.
• Presenting Options: We'll explain the differences between our recommendations, why one system might make more sense for your situation than another, and what the total investment looks like, including available financing options. We’re not in the business of applying pressure tactics or upselling you on something you don’t really need. If a mid-tier system does everything your home needs, we'll tell you that.
• Installation: On installation day, our team shows up on time, in uniform, and with everything we need to complete the job.
